The joys of Maspeth in Queens. I lived out here for a few months and while it was a bit of trip into Manhattan every day I've stayed in worse!!

Sloane House YMCA New York City This is the God forsaken place that they used to bring us to on our first night in New York. Not bad these days but in 1987 West 34th and 8th was a little crazy... apparnetly The Moonies owned the New Yorker Hotel across the road.
